January 2024 Favorites!

New year new fashion looks and all new favorites! I would not share them if I did not love them. These items made my top for the month of January. I have really been leaning into my western roots more and I am loving all my cowgirl vibe outfits. I get asked all the time where I find all my unique items and it comes with shopping small businesses online, and often finding lots of great vintage finds on the internet. I am not a fast fashion person and only buy it if I love it and will have it for a long time. So when I find a vintage piece of clothing I think I am adding a rare jewel to my closet that no one else has! It makes shopping that much more fun! Sadly, I cannot share the vintage items since they are one of a kind pieces that are hard or rare to find elsewhere.

  1. Equestrian Varsity Jacket: This jacket has been on my wishlist for a year now I had sat on it and sat on it for a long time before I just had to have it! This is a very fitted jacket. I got a size medium to be able to wear a sweater or a long sleeve underneath. All handmade to order and custom fit from a collab between Milton Menasco and Street and Saddle. This beauty came all the way from Canada to grace my closet. It more than exceeded my expectations. So comfortable and easy to style.

2.Hermes Perfume: I first tried this as a sample from Sephora and I think it smells Divine! It technically could go both ways with cologne or perfume but I always prefer a more masculine woody smell over fruity florals. This is my new fav! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

3.Darlin’ Hat: I had to have this hat, camo and country but also freaking cute! My sister got it for me for Christmas and the first time I put it on a gentleman opened the door for me at a gas station and when I thanked him he said “You’re welcome Darlin'” and I loved it! haha Ive gotten several compliments on it and it is my new fav hat.

4.Heatless Curls Set: I was influenced by my sister in law with this bad boy even after seeing so many videos on instagram I was still a little wary. But, after seeing my sister in laws hair on vacation she convinced me I needed this silly silk covered wire noodle. HAHAHA why did I not invent that sooner. I could be making tons of money right now! It really works super well. I was sooo surprised how nice the curls looked the next day. I go to bed looking like a hilarious medieval princess but wake up with fabulous bouncy curls!

5.Ruffland Kennel: I had my eye on one of these kennels for a few years now and since I have a pretty anxious dog and the fact that we drive and travel a lot with our dogs I decided to invest in these bad ass kennels which are crash rated and heavy duty! I can bolt it to the floor boards in the truck and have my girls safe and snug in the back cab of the truck. Kenai is a bouncing bean in the truck and gets wayyy to excited and jumps all over the place. I ordered a size medium which seemed to be the best fit for her size. I am already working on decking it out and making it super custom!

Hope everyone has a fabulous month!

Talk soon!
