Paleo Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Here is a great recipe that is so yummy!

I make them into muffins for quick and easy grab and go snacks, the only thing I change up sometimes is…….

Instead of 1/2 cup of coconut flour I add at least 1 cup to thicken it up.

I also add 1/2 cup of coconut sugar and skip the dates cause nobody likes dates!

Make sure you use Dark chocolate chips to make it even healthier 🙂
