Monday Day 8: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!

Today has been another crazy day I need to start writing these earlier in the day! Jeez I never used to be such a procrastinator. New goal, start writing before noon!

Took my measurements again today and I am down a couple inches! Okay being totally transparent again and no judgements or comments should be made because in no way am I saying that I am overweight or fat.   I am 5’1″ and 115lbs.

New measurements : Arms 10 inches, Booty 36 inches, waist 24.5.  Since I don’t have  a whole lot to lose this could just be water weight I am going to try and see if I can get my hips a little smaller 🙂

Word of the Day: Daring 

Todays Mantra: I am bold. I am brave. I am up for anything.

Bootycall: One mile brisk walk with the Lulu this morning, and I ended up doing yesterdays workout too for my bootycall too to make up for missing it last night.  I did Burn, Baby, Burn.

BE FIT Challenge: Full Body Toning: Magical Mermaid……..This was fun to switch things up a bit after the first week!

BE FIERCE Challenge: Do something that scares you…………….. Well I decided to purchase my personal trainer certification and I applied to a few jobs that I would really love to work at! I am always scared of change and putting myself out there but once I get started I am a force to be reckoned with! I am ready to finally find a solid job! Look out world here I come!

BE FABULOUS Challenge: Rock a new color………………. I am not usually stuck in fashion ruts because I really like all colors. Purple is my favorite and I have been trying to stay away from it so that I can try new things.  Today I wore Blue because I am a little stressed out and it is supposed to be a calming soothing color when you are over worked.   I am also going to wear blue to my interview tomorrow because It promotes trust and loyalty….. here goes nothing!  One color I rarely wear is pink.  It is just sooooo girly and not me.  I think I am going to try and buy something pink this week because its my birthday on saturday!

Fab Food of the Day: Sea Veggies…………. think like a mermaid and add some seaweed  or kelp to a salad or snack!   Tomorrow I am going  grocery shopping and I will pick up some salty dried seaweed snacks! I used to eat them all the time and kinda got sick of them.  I think its been long enough that I can enjoy them again!
