Day two is here! The weather is kind of strange here, its super cloudy and almost 90! Whew thats hot, and I am still in sweat pants haha. So yesterday I forgot to add the measurements and weight of day one. I am just going to be completely transparent with you guys. I am in no way overweight but could lose some junk in the trunk lol. I am 5’1″-115.0 lbs my measurements are….. Waist-26inches, booty/hips-36inches, Arms-11 inches, thighs-21inches. Like I said last night I will post before and after pictures at the very end of this 28 day venture.

Todays Mantra: If I can dream it, I can do it!
Todays Morning Booty Call: A nice long walk with the pup again, I typically do this every morning and evening because Little miss Lulu deserves it. Here is a picture of my cutie pie just because I love her! I like to call her Luluthelittlewolf, you can follow her and all of her adventures on Instagram! @luluthelittlewolf She is the a pure bred Alaskan Klee Kai which is the fancy name for a miniature Husky. She is 9 months old and is getting spayed in a couple of days. Poor girl has to have the cone of shame soon 😦 …..not cute!
The Fab Food of the Day: Turmeric, which has very powerful anti-inflammaory properties and is great for soothing sore muscles and increasing circulation. Now the recipe for the day is a Tofu scramble and I just can’t bring myself to eat Tofu I would rather just eat eggs haha sooooo what did I do…. I just had eggs with some spices and a half an avocado on top! it was was better tasting that squishy mushy tofu lol. Tonight I am going to add some Turmeric to my lemon water with some ginger and see how that tastes.
BE FIT challenge: Cardio- Go Go Goddess…… I was to choose 25 minutes of my favorite cardio at my own pace. I decided to go on a bike ride because we have these wonderful mountain bike trails by my house. I ended up doing 40 minutes and according to the good ol FitBit Blaze I went 6 miles and burned aprox 263cal, the focus was cardio so I tried to keep my heart rate at a cardio zone at about 135 for me.
I really love the stair mill its my absolute favorite form of cardio but sadly I do not own one. Hopefully someday the goal is to have a home gym in the garage where I can have weights and stair mill and maybe a few other things because its just nice being able to workout at home sometimes. I try to do about an hour on the stair mill at a 10-11 pace it is a calorie and fat blasting booty machine!
BE FIERCE Challenge: Make a vision board-well don’t really want to go and tear up a bunch of over priced magazines so I think I will just turn to Pinterest and the internet to make a vision board right here on my blog! Here goes nothing! Hang in there because this might be a bunch of photos coming your way.
BE FABULOUS Challenge:Find a Bombshell Buddy- okay this one might be tricky, I don’t really have many girlfriends so I think I will look to the FIT FIERCE and FABULOUS section on ToneItUp.com to see if I can find someone near me! I will keep you all updated to see who I find! For now my bombshell buddy is my boyfriend he is always making sure that I am happy and I am always happiest when I get a good workout in and fuel my body right.
