March 2024 Favorites

This month we celebrated out 6th wedding anniversary. We had a nice brunch and just relaxed at home. My husband also had his crew from work cut his hair into a mullet which is extremely redneck and looks hilarious. He still has it weeks later and refuses to cut his hair!

January 2024 Favorites!

New year new fashion looks and all new favorites! I would not share them if I did not love them. These items made my top for the month of January. I have really been leaning into my western roots more and I am loving all my cowgirl vibe outfits. I get asked all the time where I find all my unique items and it comes with shopping small businesses online, and often finding lots of great vintage finds on the internet. I am not a fast fashion person and only buy it if I love it and will have it for a long time. So when I find a vintage piece of clothing I think I am adding a rare jewel to my closet that no one else has! It makes shopping that much more fun! Sadly, I cannot share the vintage items since they are one of a kind pieces that are hard or rare to find elsewhere.

December 2022 Favorites

We got ourselves a puppy for Christmas! Yes, another little mini husky also known as an Alaskan Klee Kai. She is a red and white female and we picked her up a week before Christmas. Her name is Kenai which is the name of the Peninsula in Alaska as well as a River. We have fished that river many times and the water is just a stunning glacier blue because it is all glacier water. Corbin, my husband thought her eyes looked like a glacier blue and so Kenai it was! She is so sweet and a handful all at once and her big sister loves her which we were really surprised. I think it was just what Lulu needed to get a little pep back in her step.

My FAVORITE FAVS MONTH! My Birthday month! Where are all my Libra’s at? IMO Libras are just the best people ever! I actually recently took an Elements personality quiz to find out which Element I am and I found out I am Fire and Wood. If you have not taken one of those quiz’s before I think they are hilarious and almost spot on sometimes! You can find the link the to quiz I took here to find out what elements you most represent.

SEPTEMBER 2022 Favorites

This months favorites are a little bit of everything. I hope you find my rambling on about randomness enjoyable.

As the leaves start turning and the weather starts to get cooler we tend to reach for our comfy cozy clothes and want to snuggle up on the couch by 7pm. I love sitting down with my favorite cup of lavender tea with honey and a needlepoint project while we watch a movie or TV show. Which is usually short lived since my husband falls asleep in 2 seconds the minute he sits down. I think it took us 4 nights, yes 4, to finish Hocus Pocus and he still probably napped through the times he looked awake! What a goober.
