Tuesday Day 9: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!

So today my main goal was to apply for several jobs today and I think I have applied to at least 15 different places! Score! Ha besides the fact that I have been on the computer all day long I am looking forward to my workout and scrapbooking later on today.  Finding a job is a huge job on its own and I am working hard to find one right now!

Todays Mantra: I am surrounded by so many loving, supportive people.

Morning Bootycall: I got my mile brisk walk in this morning with little lulu.

BE FIT Challenge: Cardio- Summertime Sizzle…….. I am planning on doing this one later on today once it cools down.  I don’t own a treadmill and I’m between gyms at the moment so I will just use what I got outside on the trails behind my house.

BE FIERCE Challenge: Look ‘Em in the eye…………..make eye contact with everyone you encounter today.     Since I was applying for jobs this was not so hard for me to do today.

BE FABULOUS Challenge: Say Yes……….. My friend asked if we could get together some time next week and I said yes, she also asked if she could come over to hang out and talk and I said yes.  Corbin keeps asking if I want to move to San Antonio and I finally answered and said YES!   If more opportunities come soon I am going to just SAY YES!   I had a family friend call and ask if I could help her with her business in a couple weeks and it would be a really long day of work.  I almost made up and excuse to get out of it but I didn’t and I just said YES! She needed my help and it felt good that she needed me!

Fab Food of the Day: Coconut.……………Coconut contains healthy fats that are amazing for your skin, and overall health.  I like to cook with Coconut oil because it does well with high heated does not break down and become toxic at higher temperatures like olive oil does. Coconut is an extremely versatile natural product that you can use for beauty, baking, cooking, etc…. you name it and you can use coconut oil for it!

Body Loving Recipe for the day: Chocolate-Coconut No-Bake Cookies!…………. Im indulging in my sweet tooth today.  I am making these right now and posting a photo of them once they are finished! YUMMMMMMMMM! Here is the recipe:

Serves 2 (1 serving= 3 cookies)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons cacao powder

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

This is what they came out looking like, and as you can see they are not very pretty but the man and I already ate 3 of them before I could even take a picture!  They are super dooper good!

Monday Day 8: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!

Today has been another crazy day I need to start writing these earlier in the day! Jeez I never used to be such a procrastinator. New goal, start writing before noon!

Took my measurements again today and I am down a couple inches! Okay being totally transparent again and no judgements or comments should be made because in no way am I saying that I am overweight or fat.   I am 5’1″ and 115lbs.

New measurements : Arms 10 inches, Booty 36 inches, waist 24.5.  Since I don’t have  a whole lot to lose this could just be water weight I am going to try and see if I can get my hips a little smaller 🙂

Todays Mantra: I am bold. I am brave. I am up for anything.

Bootycall: One mile brisk walk with the Lulu this morning, and I ended up doing yesterdays workout too for my bootycall too to make up for missing it last night.  I did Burn, Baby, Burn.

BE FIT Challenge: Full Body Toning: Magical Mermaid……..This was fun to switch things up a bit after the first week!

BE FIERCE Challenge: Do something that scares you…………….. Well I decided to purchase my personal trainer certification and I applied to a few jobs that I would really love to work at! I am always scared of change and putting myself out there but once I get started I am a force to be reckoned with! I am ready to finally find a solid job! Look out world here I come!

BE FABULOUS Challenge: Rock a new color………………. I am not usually stuck in fashion ruts because I really like all colors. Purple is my favorite and I have been trying to stay away from it so that I can try new things.  Today I wore Blue because I am a little stressed out and it is supposed to be a calming soothing color when you are over worked.   I am also going to wear blue to my interview tomorrow because It promotes trust and loyalty….. here goes nothing!  One color I rarely wear is pink.  It is just sooooo girly and not me.  I think I am going to try and buy something pink this week because its my birthday on saturday!

Fab Food of the Day: Sea Veggies…………. think like a mermaid and add some seaweed  or kelp to a salad or snack!   Tomorrow I am going  grocery shopping and I will pick up some salty dried seaweed snacks! I used to eat them all the time and kinda got sick of them.  I think its been long enough that I can enjoy them again!

Sunday Day 7: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!

Good evening everyone! So i decided yesterday that I wasn’t going to post day 7 until today monday because I had a crazy busy day and I was focusing on me! After this post I will also post day 8 which is today!  Yay! two posts in one day 🙂

Today is going to be a great day! Corbin went to sight in his rifle at the range, for hunting season in a couple weeks so I have the day to myself! Yippee!

Word of the day: Independent 

Todays Mantra: I am responsible for my own happiness. 

Bootycall: Morning walk with the pup in the crisp fall air.

BE FIT Challenge: HIIT Burn, Baby, Burn…… To be honest I did not get to this yesterday but I ended up adding it to my bootycall the next day to make up for it.

BE FIERCE Challenge: Fly Solo……….go on an adventure by yourself today. Well I didnt necessarily go and do something today but I did enjoy a nice long walk with the day by myself and I ended up spending all day by myself because Corbin went to the shooting range.  I read my book and painted my nails.   I often times love going shopping by myself because I can take all the time I want!

BE FABULOUS Challenge: Plan a “ME” night……………..Hello bath tub with a book and some tea!

Fab Food of the Day: Apples………………..sweet and crunchy and packed with fiber these packable snacks make a great treat and help stabilize your blood sugar while keeping you fuller longer on all your adventures.    My favorite apples are Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, Gala, and of course Honey Crisp! YUMMY especially with some sunbutter or almond butter on the side!

Saturday Day 6: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!

Whew I should have started writing this, this AM because it is getting late and I was busy working on my parents kitchen with the BF trying to remodel it for them.  Any who. Day 6!!!!! I managed to get in a bootycall and workout today!

Word of the day: Grateful

Todays Mantra: I am so blessed…….. I truly am! I have a wonderful life and I am so grateful for each day!

BOOTYCALL: Booty shorts!……………….. Oooooo lala girls, get out those spandex and workit!  I loved this quick and easy, morning booty workout.

BE FIT Challenge: Cardio: Go,Go, Goddess!………………………I rushed home from my parents house, put on some running clothes, and ran out the door!  I ran two miles and did a little cool down walk too.  If you know me, I don’t really like to run but tonight it actually felt good and the fall wind was blowing cool crisp air and it felt great!

Fab Food of the Day: Black Beans………. “beans, beans, the magical fruit, the more you eat the more you toot. The more you toot the better you’ll feel, so eat your beans at every meal!” HAHAHAHAHA that little song pops into my head every time I think about beans.  These little bad boys are packed with fiber and protein!  Rich in flavonoids and folic acid they protect skin and keep your hair strong.      Well I am not much of a bean eatter myself, because I eat primarily paleo.  BUT the man loves his beans, and I suffer for it each time I serve them to him too! ICK! HAHA anyway they can be a great filler and keep you fuller longer, zapping those hunger cravings goodbye.

BE FIERCE Challenge: Take the sunset challenge…………………..Tonight I must write down at least three things from my day today that I am grateful for.

Started my day with a warm cup of green tea, a little meditation and my pup outside enjoying the morning sun, I finished helping my parents redo some of their kitchen which they loved the help and, my puppy is finally feeling so much better after her surgery on Thursday and I am so happy she is almost back to her spunky little self.

BE FABULOUS Challenge: Celebrate a Fab Friendship……………Well unfortunately my girls were busy tonight so I have been texting them all day catching up! However, I can celebrate my friendship with my sweet BF Corbin tonight. We got a redbox movie (Batman vs superman) and we can enjoy hanging out! Actually, come to think of it, this weekend is the weekend we met 5 years ago! Crazy how that works!   I will have to see if one of the girls can have a girl date with me tomorrow!

Well…. its late and I want to get to snuggles and movie time with the man!

Friday Day 5: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!

I am finished with week one of the Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous guide and I am loving every minute of it!

Word of the day: Gorgeous

Todays mantra: I am beautiful, inside and out………. I think we all need to say this to ourselves every single morning. It would help make for a great day!

MORNING BOOTY CALL: Active Rest Day……… so the book says keep it light with stretching or a brisk walk.  Instead I mowed my yard and I’ll tell you what, I have a huge front and back yard.  It is also super hilly and not flat whatsoever, it took me about an hour to do. That was my bootycall for today haha I was sweating like a pig out there in the heat!

Fab Food of the Day: Avocado………………………………….. these bad boys are packed with essential fatty acids, vitamins D, K, and B. They also help reduce hunger and prevent blood sugar spikes which tell your body to store fat.  Avocados also work overtime to keep your hair shiny and your skin glowing.   I like to enjoy avocados with just about everything.  It goes well with all foods and you can even put it in smoothies, or make pudding or ice-cream with them! Hows that for hiding your greens for the kids and non avocado lovers out there.

BE FIT Challenge: Active Rest Day……………. I enjoyed the sunshine outside with a cup of tea while I watched my pup walk around.

BE FIERCE Challenge: Set your Gorgeous Reminders…………………write at least three sticky notes with super complimentary notes to yourself.   Here are mine! I ended up putting them on bathroom mirror, my vanity mirror, my computer screen, and my fridge!   I am also going to set reminders to go off during the day on my phone that say similar things to help keep me positive and remind me that I am gorgeous and that I am truly blessed with a wonderful life.

BE Fabulous Challenge: Get the amazing avocado glow……………okay I am going to be honest here there are a couple of mask recipes in the book for gorgeous skin and hair.  Both use avocados and other ingredients from the kitchen.  I am not sure how I feel about putting mashed avocado on my hair or on my face, especially because I have extremely sensitive skin and even if its natural or not my face seems to break out no matter what.  SOOOO I may skip this one for now but I may try it soon if I’m brave enough.  Ha come to think of it, I don’t think I have ever put a facial or hair mask on, in my entire 23 years of living lol.  Is that sad or does that just mean I am low maintenance?  Maybe I need to try pampering myself a little more…… I have always thought about getting lash extensions! I think they would make my green emerald eyes really pop!!! What do you guys think? Feel free to comment or let me know any of your experiences with lash extensions!

Heres a Tantalizing Tip from K+K:  when cooking, make your meals into a beautiful masterpiece.  We feel more inspired to eat healthy when our food looks good to eat.  Use that good china, and break out the fancy silver cause you are preparing meals for someone special and that someone is you!

Thursday Day 4: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous

Today was a little tough on me.  I had to drop my little girl Lulu off to get all fixed up.  I just got home from picking her up and she was so groggy and wobbly.  The poor baby recognized me, perked her little ears up, and tried to wag her tail, it was just too much. I dropped her off pretty early this morning and didn’t get a chance to take her on her walk that she loves in the mornings.   Now I get to play nurse while she is recovering from her surgery.

On a higher note, I came home from dropping her off and got my morning  bootycall in.

Word of the dayPositive

Todays mantra: I choose to see the good in myself and everything around me.

Todays BOOTYCALL: Amazing Abs and Arms….. I really enjoyed this nice change of pace from my usual long walk with my girl.

BE FIT Daily Fitness Challenge: Sweet and Spicy Strength Training….. this is the same workout as day one.  I was excited to do it again because I really liked it a lot.  I did same weight 8lbs and 3 sets of 12-14 reps of each movement.  Even though I am used to working with much heavier weights and going to a gym it has been nice to slow things down and do something from home.   It was good today because I could watch Lulu while she slept and make sure she didn’t lick her incision because she is a trickster and can take off her E-collar AKA the cone of shame.

Fab Food of the Day: Lemon ………………. I’ll tell you what, I love love love lemon in everything I drink.  Usually I have a better day when I am drinking something with lemon because yellow is just a happy bright positive color and todays word of the day is POSITIVE!  I love that lemons help with bloating, detoxing the liver, and keeping my body balanced.

BOMBSHELL BONUS: Roll away soreness……….. lets just say me and my foam roller have had an ongoing relationship for a long time now.  It is my best friend when I come home from squat day or any day really.  It just feels good!

BE FIERCE: Nix the Negativity………………This is something I truly have a hard time with.  I am extremely hard on myself.  I have always had certain expectations for myself and if I don’t meet them I am just plain mean to myself. I think that there isn’t a woman on the planet that hasn’t had at least one negative thought about herself.  And if you are the one woman out there who hasn’t, then well you are a lucky lucky girl.  Everyone is fabulous in their own way.  We just need to stop being so hard on ourselves and stop trying to live up to other peoples expectations.   Today I challenged myself.  I didn’t say or think one bad thing about myself and it felt good!  I am making it a personal goal of mine to rid myself of negative self talk.  Especially  because I have nothing negative to complain about in the first place.

BE FABULOUS: Pass along the positive………………the mission is to give each person you are in contact with a compliment. EVERYONE!     Well I did it!   I wasn’t in contact with many people but I went to drop my dog off and I complimented the front desk lady Who’s name was Liz on her nails, they were a really pretty shade for fall and I just loved the color.  I also went to Kriser’s Natural Pet Store today.  I had never been but I thought I would stop in and see what they had to offer.  I and met the most joyful young ladies working there, who were so eager to help me pick out something special to give my little Lulu after her surgery.  I couldn’t help but say I really appreciated their caring and kindness and that I would definitely be back again soon.  Sometimes when I am just having a great day, I go out of my way to make someones day a little brighter because everyone deserves a nice gesture or a compliment every once and while. Who knows you might just make their day!

Wednesday Day 3: Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous

Hiya people!

Today was a wonderful day! I went fall decor shopping with my mom at Home Goods and Hobby Lobby (my favs!). We went to buy my younger sister some decor to ship to her because lets face it my sister would never go out and buy stuff like that so we thought we would surprise her!   We also had a lovely lunch together at Whole Foods of course! I had a wonderful piece of curry chicken with some curry cauliflower, and a spinach with tomato salad and balsamic vinegar for dressing! Can you say YUM!?

I still got in my booty call and my daily fitness challenge as well as cleaned the house and did a little me time!

Wednesdays word of the day: Centered

Todays mantra: I move through today with focus and poise.

Morning booty call: Took the pup on a mile long walk this morning. It was lovely and even got to say hi to some neighbor kids waiting for the bus.

BE FIT Challenge: Daily Fitness Challenge-HIIT: BURN, BABY, BURN!…. I really enjoy HIIT workouts they get your heart rate up quickly and they are typically a shorter faster workout too which is great for a time crunch.  I did this in about 25 minutes just because my pup was in my face and jumping on me every other movement or so and she just couldn’t figure out what I was doing down on her level haha.  She is way to cute to put in her kennel so I just dealt with it until she left me alone.

BE FIERCE Challenge: Make a morning ritual……. well I kind of already do that in a way but I am in need of a revamp.  Meditation is something I need to do and I enjoyed this morning to just sit and focus on nothing it was nice! I also just sat with a cup of hot green tea and enjoyed the piece and quiet.  I even had time to read for a couple minutes this morning.   Todays ritual was a little longer than normal because I didn’t have anything this morning to make me rush through everything but usually I wake up early catch up on my favorite blogs, and read some of my current books while enjoying tea and some breakfast. I like to sit and enjoy breakfast every morning no matter how early or late that may be because it helps me focus and organize my day.  I am not one to drive and eat or drink my breakfast. ME time is for ME and mornings are my favorite time to sit and do something for me.  I would like to focus more on maybe doing more meditation and reading a daily devotional or something special like that.   MAYBE even add a quick yoga routine in the morning too! Who knows I may just get creative with it.

BE FABULOUS ChallengeSoak in some sunshine……well today I did get two mile long walks with the dog however, today was about the only day the sun didn’t come out in Colorado haha so hopefully I can soak up some sunshine tomorrow when I go for a run or something on the trails behind my house on the mountain.  We will see!

Also being outside its good to have a nice pair of sunnies to project those beautiful eyeballs of yours. I recommend Oakley athletic shades I have several different pairs.  Just make sure they stay on your face when running etc. I like to have mine polarized too but that is not always necessary I’m just picky.

Tuesday Day 2: Fit Fierce and Fabulous

Day two is here!  The weather is kind of strange here, its super cloudy and almost 90! Whew thats hot, and I am still in sweat pants haha.   So yesterday I forgot to add the measurements and weight of day one. I am just going to be completely transparent with you guys.  I am in no way overweight but could lose some junk in the trunk lol.    I am 5’1″-115.0 lbs  my measurements are….. Waist-26inches, booty/hips-36inches, Arms-11 inches, thighs-21inches. Like I said last night I will post before and after pictures at the very end of this 28 day venture.

Word for today: Motivated 

Todays Mantra: If I can dream it, I can do it!

Todays Morning Booty Call: A nice long walk with the pup again, I typically do this every morning and evening because Little miss Lulu deserves it. Here is a picture of my cutie pie just because I love her! I like to call her Luluthelittlewolf, you can follow her and all of her adventures on Instagram! @luluthelittlewolf  She is the a pure bred Alaskan Klee Kai which is the fancy name for a miniature Husky. She is 9 months old and is getting spayed in a couple of days.  Poor girl has to have the cone of shame soon 😦 …..not cute!

The Fab Food of the Day: Turmeric, which has very powerful anti-inflammaory properties and is great for soothing sore muscles and increasing circulation.   Now the recipe for the day is a Tofu scramble and I just can’t bring myself to eat Tofu I would rather just eat eggs haha sooooo what did I do…. I just had eggs with some spices and a half an avocado on top! it was was better tasting that squishy mushy tofu lol.  Tonight I am going to add some Turmeric to my lemon water with some ginger and see how that tastes.

BE FIT challenge: Cardio- Go Go Goddess…… I was to choose 25 minutes of my favorite cardio at my own pace.  I decided to go on a bike ride because we have these wonderful mountain bike trails by my house.  I ended up doing 40 minutes and according to the good ol FitBit Blaze I went 6 miles and burned aprox 263cal, the focus was cardio so I tried to keep my heart rate at a cardio zone at about 135 for me.

I really love the stair mill its my absolute favorite form of cardio but sadly I do not own one. Hopefully someday the goal is to have a home gym in the garage where I can have weights and stair mill and maybe a few other things because its just nice being able to workout at home sometimes.   I try to do about an hour on the stair mill at a 10-11 pace it is a calorie and fat blasting booty machine!

BE FIERCE Challenge: Make a vision board-well don’t really want to go and tear up a bunch of over priced magazines so I think I will just turn to Pinterest and the internet to make a vision board right here on my blog! Here goes nothing! Hang in there because this might be a bunch of photos coming your way.

BE FABULOUS Challenge:Find a Bombshell Buddy- okay this one might be tricky, I don’t really have many girlfriends so I think I will look to the FIT FIERCE  and FABULOUS section on ToneItUp.com to see if I can find someone near me! I will keep you all updated to see who I find!    For now my bombshell buddy is my boyfriend he is always making sure that I am happy and I am always happiest when I get a good workout in and fuel my body right.

28 Days to Fit, Fierce, and Fabulous!- My Personal Tone It Up Experiment

HEY HEY HEY long time no writey! (HA I know thats not a real word I just like it) Okay so here’s the deal I have been in Alaska for a large majority of the summer.  I have loved every minute of the hiking and working outdoors and being active outside.  If you know me personally I am usually in the gym or doing some sort of physical activity that keeps me in shape.  Well the truth is I haven’t touched the gym since I graduated.  Yikes I know! BUT I did invest in a very nice Specialized mountain bike (which I LOVE) that I rode like crazy all summer, as well as camping and tons of hiking, and some paddle boarding.

With that being said I wanted to just jumpstart my fall with a fun little challenge for myself.  I bought this book a while ago and I only opened it a few times just because I was in school and had enough reading on my plate.  However, I do follow Karena and Katrina on FB and Insta and their blog and I enjoy reading all there newsletters as well.   I thought that it would be fun to blog about each day just to see how it goes.   I am not out of shape nor do I eat unhealthy quite on the contrary, I eat primarily paleo most of the time and I indulge on something special every once and while.   I graduated with a BS in Health and Exercise Science and I am very capable of creating my own workouts with nutrition but I really love the community that K+K have created and I want to become a part of something bigger than myself.

So here it goes MONDAY : 9/19/16 DAY ONE!!!!!

I had a lot of fun reading the intro and testing my knowledge of what I already know and learning new little tidbits. I am ready to be FIT, FIERCE and FABULOUS!

This was a fun full body workout that I actually enjoyed and really broke a sweat it took me about 35 minutes and thats mostly because my pup wanted to play.  I did 3 sets of 12-14 reps for each move and I used an 8lb dumbell for the moves that required weights. I need to get a few more weights for my selection at home because that is too light for some of those moves.  I had a little bit of a hard time with the bent over rear flys because my shoulders are kinda messed up from crossfit and volleyball.  So I made sure to lower the reps to 10.

FAB Food of the Day! – Goji Berries ……….. Well I went to Sprouts and got me some of these so called Goji Berries as they are a sweet little power packed superfood! The bag I bought cost me about 16$ and will last quite a while.  I thought they tasted pretty good! I’ve never had them before and I will definitely be eating more of these  little guys.

My Monday BE FIERCE Challenge: Commit and Conquer……………….(record three super specific goals to accomplish today)

Goal #1  Make and prep protein waffles, banana chips, elk barbacoa, salsa, and prep veggies.

Goal #2 Start blogging about my Fit Fierce and Fabulous journey.

Goal #3 I will organize my kitchen tupperware a little better and clean up the house.

Thankfully I finished all three of my daily goals which was awesome I made a bunch of food and snacks and I had a nice healthy paleo dinner of Elk Barbacoa on some lettuce with veggies and homemade salsa for the dressing.

My Monday BE FABULOUS Challenge: Make an “Im Amazing!” list…… here goes nothing.

I love my blonde hair, and my green eyes.  I am a very kind and thoughtful person. I like to think of myself as smart, funny, silly, loyal, loving, hard-working, diligent, persistent, responsible and many other good qualities.  I try my best to be the best big sister to all my younger siblings by setting good examples for them.  I go out of my way to help my family when they don’t even know they need me. I think I am great at doing make up and I really love refinishing furniture it is something I a good at and enjoy! I like to think of myself as a good paleo chef and I love experimenting new flavors and foods.  I think I am pretty handy for a girl and I like to say I can fix most things.  I am overly aware of my health and I do my best to take good care of me and my boyfriend with good foods and staying active. I love my dog and do everything possible to spoil her rotten, I am good at all sorts of things.  I am amazing at being personable and being able to talk to just about anyone.  One special trait I have is the ability to make any situation a positive one even when it may not be an ideal situation. I am a strong and dedicated person …….. Well I could keep going but I don’t want to talk about how AWESOME I am forever hahahahaha.

To tell you the truth day one was pretty good! I completed all the challenges and I am ready for day two!    I am ready to be FIT, FIERCE, and FABULOUS!      YAY for TONE IT UP And all the tone it up girls out there!  Lets connect and workout! I am always ready to meet new girls who share the same goals and lifestyle as me 🙂     Anyway, Goodnight and I will talk to you all tomorrow!

What are YOU going to do now?

The time has come for me to graduate college…. HA Its about damn time! Pretty much everyday I get asked constantly “ congratulations, what are you going to do now!?”   Well the majority of students are in this lost limbo land of what the hell am I going to do, and I am not ready to be a grown up and let me tell you, its scary as shit! I always thought I would have my whole life planned out all the time. I am extremely hyper organized and have to have all things planned months ahead of time. So when people ask me what am I going to do, I kind of get a little freaked out each time because I don’t know what I am going to do!

 

I have this amazing opportunity to be able to work in Alaska as a caretaker on a gorgeous property and get paid for it! What a dream come true!   However, this puts a huge damper on my post college job search because no one wants to hire someone who isn’t going to be around for weeks at a time.   With that being said I am lost and confused as to what I am going to do with myself. I want to start working and making money but I also want to travel and relax. I have honestly had at least two jobs at a time all through college and the aspect of having just one sound so amazing! But the aspect of taking a break and going to Alaska sounds way better at the moment.

At this point in my life I just finished a wonderful internship at a Crossfit gym in Fort Collins CO and I fell in love with the sport! I have made such a wonderful gym family there too, and its been a blessing to be a part of such a great business.   I never in my dreams thought I would ever do Crossfit EVER!!!! I always just heard the bad things about it and never even gave it a chance. Boy was I wrong and my eyes were opened to a whole new world thanks to the awesome coaches there.

My new goal in life is to get my Crossfit coach CFL1 certification and become a Crossfit coach at this gym.  I also want to get my CSCS-CPT strength and conditioning coach personal trainer certification so that I can have private clients as well.

As of now I am not sure what I am going to do but I know that I am going to be just fine.  I know that whatever God has in store for me is going to be the best thing for me at the time.   For now I will just keep on praying and hope that I am headed in the right direction.
